The drive axle utilizes a reinforced heavy-duty drive axle independently developed and manufactured in our factory. Specifically upgraded for the harsh working conditions of stone processing, key internal components such as gears have been enlarged and thickened, effectively improving tooth surface contact strength and torsional load-bearing capacity. When facing the instantaneous peak loads of raw stone handling and the continuous vibration and impact of uneven gravel roads, the gears and half-shafts are less prone to damage. This significantly reduces downtime caused by axle failures, allowing for more worry-free and durable continuous operation.

Mine and stone processing areas are often characterized by gravel and uneven surfaces. To address this, our equipment features a minimum ground clearance of 490mm, providing ample chassis lift. Compared to other equipment, it is less likely to scrape or impact the bottom of components during operation, preventing oil leaks or other problems. This provides comprehensive protection for the chassis piping and core transmission components, saving on maintenance and downtime costs.

Equipped with an enlarged water tank and oil cooler, this dual cooling system allows for continuous 24-hour handling operations in high-temperature stone processing plants and mines during summer, ensuring stable oil temperatures and preventing overheating. Avoid lifting weakness and oil leakage due to aging of oil seals caused by high temperatures, effectively reduce high-temperature failures, and ensure continuous heavy-duty operation around the clock.
