Overview
The WSM1-2160 is a multi-functional telehandler machine independently developed by our company. The machine has a rated load capacity of 6 tons and a maximum lifting height of 21 meters. It can realize long-distance telescopic boom hoisting, high-level material stacking, and various high-altitude operations. One machine can replace multiple machines, reducing the multiple expenses of enterprises in procurement, maintenance, and labor.
Product Advantages
Equipped with a high-horsepower Cummins diesel engine, delivering 160 horsepower, this machine effortlessly handles heavy-duty lifting, steep inclines, and long-distance relocations, providing ample and reliable power. The engine hood features a hydraulic strut-type lift-up design, allowing for easy maintenance and inspection when fully open. Whether it's routine fluid and filter changes, pipeline inspections, or dust removal, a single person can quickly perform these tasks, significantly reducing maintenance downtime.
The fuel tank is integrally welded to the machine frame and located away from the high-temperature engine area, preventing fuel from overheating and ensuring operational safety. A transparent vertical fuel level gauge is also installed on the side of the tank, allowing operators to directly observe the fuel level without frequent tank opening checks. This improves refueling and daily inspection efficiency while effectively reducing the risk of dust and moisture entering the fuel tank. The upper and lower dual-view window design further enhances the accuracy of fuel level readings, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
The cab features large segmented glass panels, providing full visibility through the front windshield, side door, rear window, and roof window. Combined with wide-angle rearview mirrors, it offers an excellent field of vision, allowing operators to clearly monitor the surrounding environment during high-reach lifting, material stacking, and transport operations.
A full-size side door opens wide for easy access, while the low, anti-slip steps make entering and exiting the cab safer and more convenient. The spacious doorway and ergonomic step design accommodate operators of different body sizes, reducing the risk of slipping and enhancing overall operational safety.
