The equipment frame is specially designed for the extreme working conditions of mine debris flying and bumpy roads. The main body is constructed of high-strength steel, capable of carrying a 50-ton load without deformation. Critical load-bearing areas, such as the frame main beam and fork connection, utilize sophisticated welding techniques to eliminate defects. This effectively resists high-frequency vibrations caused by installation and bumpy roads, extending the equipment's service life and significantly reducing maintenance costs.

The equipment adopts the "eight-link structure + stable counterweight dual design" to control risks in two dimensions and reduce the risk of rollover. The eight-link mechanism is different from the traditional six-link structure. It can disperse lateral stress, reduce rocker arm interference, and broaden the operating field of view. It is equipped with a high-density cast iron stable counterweight, which is precisely arranged at the rear of the frame to balance the front and rear moments, avoid rollover, and fully ensure the safety of heavy-load operations in mines.
