The front-end working device allows for the replacement of the forks with various attachments: long material forks, stone clamps, lifting booms, etc., to suit different operational needs. This enables multi-purpose use and improves operational efficiency. The equipment's versatility is known in the logistics loading and unloading industry as a "Swiss Army knife," saving you the cost of purchasing and maintaining multiple pieces of equipment, resulting in significant economic benefits.
The machine adopts a four-wheel, four-wheel drive, dual-axle synchronous drive system, equipped with large-size 23.5-25 off-road tires. The widened wheelbase enhances the equipment's traction and lowers the center of gravity. During operation, it maintains a firm grip, preventing slippage and rollover risks, ensuring safe and stable cargo transportation throughout the process. A minimum ground clearance of 250mm allows direct passage on most unpaved roads, enabling faster on-site setup and commencement of work.
The mast is equipped with a large-diameter, thickened hydraulic tilting cylinder. The cylinder wall thickness has been upgraded, significantly increasing its pressure-bearing capacity, maintaining stability even when tilting under a 20-ton load. It can tilt forward at 6° and backward at 12°, allowing for secure locking of goods after retrieval, and ensuring firm fixation even on ramps. This reduces cargo damage and safety accidents at the source.

The ground at our port yard is uneven, with rough surfaces and steep loading ramps. Ordinary forklifts often struggle for traction and simply can't handle these conditions.
The CPCYZ20, however, has high ground clearance and easily travels over gravel, potholes, and uneven roads. Even when transporting 20-ton steel materials and stone blocks, it remains stable without rear lift or loss of balance. The articulated steering makes maneuvering much easier, even in confined areas.
One machine now handles our stockpiling, material transfer, and vessel loading, eliminating the need for multiple pieces of equipment. Over time, we've significantly reduced both equipment investment and yard maintenance costs, while improving overall operating efficiency.
