Product Overview
In stone quarries, block yards, and stone processing plants, marble blocks, granite blocks, and other stone blocks are typically enormous in weight. This places higher demands on the load-bearing capacity, stability, and maneuverability of handling equipment. Ordinary forklifts often suffer from insufficient maneuverability, tire slippage, and low operational efficiency when handling heavy blocks. The Block Handling Wheel Loader is designed for the mining and stone industries, combining the powerful off-road capabilities of a loader chassis with the efficient material handling capacity of a forklift, easily completing block loading and unloading, short-distance transfers, and stacking operations.

Operating Instructions
- When handling stone blocks, the forks should be kept level and aligned parallel to the bottom of the block. Move forward slowly to ensure the load is evenly distributed across both forks and that the center of gravity remains centered. Off-center loading or placing excessive load on one fork is strictly prohibited. During travel, keep the load as low as possible to maintain stability and reduce the risk of tipping caused by an elevated load.
- Before operation, allow the machine to idle for 3–5 minutes for warm-up. Check that the engine oil pressure, coolant temperature, and air pressure are all within the normal operating range before starting work.
- As the machine often operates in environments with high levels of dust, the air filter should be cleaned daily to prevent clogging. A blocked air filter can lead to reduced engine performance, increased fuel consumption, and overheating issues.

Key Advantages

The equipment utilizes a self-developed reinforced drive axle, with optimized axle housing wall thickness and integral forging from high-strength alloy cast steel, significantly improving axle housing rigidity compared to other similar products. Even under the long-term heavy load of 28-ton stone blocks and the impact of road bumps, it is not prone to deformation or cracking. This solves some drive axle failure problems caused by heavy loads in mining, allowing for continuous high-intensity operation.
It features large-size off-road tires and a high ground clearance design, with widened and deepened herringbone off-road treads. The deep tread grooves and wide, thick tread provide excellent grip on gravel roads or muddy mining slopes. The machine's maximum traction is fully released, reducing slippage during fully loaded climbs and heavy-load starts, making slope operation safer and more stable. Furthermore, the tread pattern conforms to the direction of force during travel, automatically expelling stones and mud during movement, preventing jamming, cutting, and corrosion of the tire tread, and significantly extending tire life.

When transporting large marble or granite blocks, insufficient power often leads to slow starts, reduced work efficiency, and even increased equipment wear. Our equipment utilizes large-diameter lifting cylinders and an optimized mechanical structure design, efficiently converting hydraulic power into lifting and handling capabilities. Even when handling heavy-duty raw blocks up to 28 tons, it maintains strong output and smooth operation, helping customers shorten single-transfer time, improve overall operational efficiency, and reduce long-term operating costs.

FAQ
Q:What engine brands are available?
A:You can choose an engine that meets emission standards according to your country, such as Euro 5 or others, or you can choose an engine from other well-known brands that you commonly use.
Q:Is routine maintenance complicated?
A:No, because our equipment uses a modular design, and most of the core components do not require disassembling the entire vehicle. Inspection and maintenance can be performed simply by opening the hood, which is very convenient.
Q:Why choose wheeled forklifts to transport raw stone blocks compared to other equipment?
A:Compared to traditional forklifts and other equipment, wheeled forklifts inevitably present different challenges when operating in mines and stone processing plants. However, wheeled forklifts offer higher ground clearance, stronger load-bearing capacity, and better maneuverability in complex road conditions, enabling efficient transfer of heavy blocks between mines, block yards, and stone processing plants, thereby improving operational efficiency and reducing operating costs.
