Smooth & Stable Lifting
The equipment adopts a six-link structure, with the boom optimized for finite element stress distribution, distributing the lifting load at multiple points. The large-diameter lifting cylinders matched with the linkage layout ensure excellent parallelism between the goods and forks during lifting. When loading marble and granite blocks, the lifting and lowering are smooth and prevent tilting, reducing damage from impacts and chipping of large stones. Furthermore, powerful lifting and fast loading improve daily block handling efficiency, effectively increasing your output.
Large fork angle
Considering the often uneven or potholed road conditions, we designed a fork retraction angle of 25° or more to prevent material slippage. The fork tines can penetrate deep into the bottom of the stone, completely catching the block during handling. Even at a height of 1800mm, the fork will not collide with the boom. This effectively solves the problem of material slippage when navigating steep slopes, uneven terrain, and sharp turns, helping you avoid accidents and repetitive work during handling, improving operational safety and efficiency.
Flame-Retardant Cab
The equipment often operates in environments such as mines, ports, construction sites, and lumber mills, where there may be flammable materials, dust, or high-temperature equipment nearby. The engine and hydraulic system also easily generate a large amount of heat under high-temperature operation. Our cab interior is made of flame-retardant materials. In the event of an accidental fire, these materials are not easily ignited and will not rapidly release a large amount of flame, providing operators with a safer survival space and escape time, reducing personal safety risks.

Instructions For Use
- When operating the machine, adjust the forks to 500-600mm off the ground. Avoid excessively low forks, which can cause them to rub against the ground when traversing uneven or bumpy surfaces. This height also allows the operator to observe the condition of the goods, preventing obstruction of vision.
- Before operation, check that all instruments are functioning properly, all alarm devices are effective, the control levers are in the parking position, all control systems are working correctly, and the braking, steering, and hydraulic systems are functioning normally before starting the equipment.
- Before stepping onto the machine, thoroughly clean any mud and fine sand from your shoes. This dirt and sand can accumulate at the throttle and brake pedal points, hindering their return to their original position. If mud or sand is present in these areas, clean it immediately.
