Optional tire protection chains can protect tires from sharp rocks in quarries and extend tire life.
Because quarries are often dusty, check the air filter service indicator. It's best to clean or replace the air filter element monthly. Also, change the engine oil, oil filter, and hydraulic oil filter.
When operating the machine in cold winter temperatures, use antifreeze to prevent the coolant from freezing and damaging the engine cooling system. Antifreeze is also recommended when operating the machine in normal temperatures, as it raises the boiling point of the engine coolant.
