Cargo Stacker

• The two-section telescopic boom offers rapid response in raising, lowering, and extending movements, significantly reducing cargo lifting time.

• It supports three steering modes, with a minimum turning radius of just 4 meters, making it ideal for stacking in narrow warehouse aisles and densely packed racking areas. The three steering modes also allow for lateral movement without the need for turning or U-turning.

• Equipped with a premium engine brand, it delivers ample power and low fuel consumption, ensuring stable performance even during long stacking operations.

Various attachments

A side shifter can be added to improve cargo alignment and allow for fine-tuning. A high-altitude work rail facilitates maintenance and repair of high-bay racks, as well as inventory and other tasks. A grab bucket is suitable for stacking bulk cargo like grain, sand, gravel, and crushed materials, offering a wide opening range and strong gripping force. A gripper and forage fork can be used on farms or ranches to help with forage stacking.

Intelligent Imaging

The intelligent assistance system can be equipped with an optional 360-degree surround-view camera. Multiple high-definition cameras on the vehicle body seamlessly stitch together a panoramic view of the machine's surroundings and the work area, providing a clear view of the cargo and racks. The video system enhances key viewing angles, while the fork's front camera zooms in on docking details. These two features work together to eliminate visual obstructions and improve cargo stacking accuracy.

• With a 35% gradeability, it can easily handle slight undulations and uneven cargo yard surfaces. Its optimized power and hydraulic systems ensure smooth operation even in inclement weather, meeting stacking needs in various regions and seasons.

• In addition to its core stacking functions, it can also handle material transfer and lifting, eliminating the need to purchase separate equipment such as forklifts and cranes, reducing equipment investment costs.

• "One control two" technology allows a single handle to perform multiple actions, enabling operators to quickly master the skills and reducing recruitment and training costs.

 

 

Packaging

The entire machine is secured in the container with elastic cords. If necessary, we'll wrap the body with foam padding to protect it from impact. Each accessory and component is wrapped in thick layers of foam paper or plastic wrap to effectively isolate it from dust and corrosion.

Transportation

The nearest export port to our company is Xiamen Port. Goods are generally shipped by sea to Xiamen Port for export. If the customer has other requirements, we will accommodate them. We will conduct another inspection before shipment to ensure the equipment arrives in good condition.

Q:Will it be complicated to install and debug after the product arrives?

A:No, except for the large equipment that needs to be disassembled and assembled, the rest of our equipment will be installed and debugged for customers before leaving the factory, and there will also be instruction manuals. If you have any other questions, please consult us.

Q:Will water get into the water when working outdoors in the rain?
A:No, it can be waterproofed and the key parts can be well sealed to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in rainy days.
