Product introduction
Our rough terrain telehandler focus on "all-terrain operation + flexible handling with a dual-section boom." They are industrial tools tailored for material handling needs in scenarios such as construction, agricultural production, and outdoor logistics. Their dual-section boom design strikes a balance between operational flexibility and structural stability, transcending the operational limitations of traditional forklifts.
Product features
Appearance Features
The vehicle's design is both engineering-inspired and practical. Its vibrant green color scheme creates a vibrant and recognizable visual experience, making it easy to spot outdoors. Its sleek, powerful lines and large off-road tires highlight its robust off-road capabilities. From its exterior, it's clear that this multi-functional machine combines both aesthetics and performance.

Two-section arm
It features a two-section, high-strength telescopic boom with a maximum reach of approximately 3.5 meters, enabling it to grab and place materials from a distance and easily navigate obstacles such as ditches and low walls. Its maximum lift height is approximately 7 meters, meeting the demands of multi-layer stacking and aerial operations. The boom's precise and responsive movement, coupled with various steering modes, including two-wheel steering, four-wheel steering, and crab steering, excels in confined spaces and precision-critical operations.
Tire
Equipped with deep-tread off-road tires and an intelligent four-wheel drive system, it easily navigates mud, slopes, gravel, and other unpaved surfaces. With a maximum climbing angle of 35 degrees, it can operate stably on undulating terrain, such as mountainous areas and farmlands, overcoming the limitations of flatland operations.

The WSM1-745 can be used in construction sites, agriculture and animal husbandry, outdoor logistics, and ports. Of course, it can also be used in other work scenarios:

It assists film and television crews in set construction, serving as a "mobile construction platform" for transporting set materials and erecting them overhead, making it well-suited to enclosed studio workspaces.
Equipped with a soft grab handle, it can gently carry large pottery and wooden structures at archaeological sites. The double-section boom's slow retraction function prevents artifacts from being bumped, making it ideal for field archaeological work in uneven terrain.

advantages

It can accommodate a variety of attachments, including soft bale clamps, specialized buckets, lifting devices, aerial work barriers, and wood clamps. It can quickly switch functions based on different scenarios, reducing the need for specialized equipment and improving equipment utilization.
Compared to multi-section booms, the double-section boom design offers a simpler structure. While maintaining a sufficient operating range, it reduces the probability of boom failure and improves overall structural stability, making it suitable for long-term, high-intensity operations.

Operation and Maintenance Instructions
- Operational Precautions:
Before operation, check the surrounding area. Before starting the engine, check for flammable items. Before climbing into the cab, remove any dirt and particles from the soles of your shoes to prevent them from affecting the pedal return. Only the operator may operate the machine while seated. Most importantly, overloading is strictly prohibited. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damage or accidents caused by overloading.
- Maintenance Instructions:
This machine requires regular maintenance, which is divided into three levels: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3.
Level 1 maintenance (50 hours/week) involves applying sufficient grease, inspecting the pedal handles, tightening bolts, and checking the oil level and welds on the working mechanism.
Level 2 maintenance (200-300 hours/month) involves cleaning all filters and inspecting the tires and steering mechanism.
Level 3 maintenance (1000-1500 hours/six months) involves servicing the engine, replacing brake and hydraulic fluids, adjusting the parking brake, and tightening bolts.
In winter, the winter oil should also be replaced, and the cooling system should be filled with antifreeze or drained.
