Product Introduction
The Telescopic Handler is a versatile material handling machine that combines long reach, high lifting capabilities, and compatibility with multiple attachments. It is designed to address the challenges of reaching over obstacles and handling loads at height, which can be difficult for conventional equipment.
Equipped with a high-strength loading bucket, the machine can handle bulk material loading and leveling. Its telescopic boom allows materials such as sand, gravel, soil, and agricultural bulk materials to be discharged directly into high-sided trucks, storage bins, and other elevated areas.
The machine features four-wheel drive and a multi-mode steering system, providing good off-road capability and maneuverability in confined spaces. It also supports the flexible use of various attachments, including forks and hooks, through a quick-attach system. It is an ideal choice for achieving multiple functions with one machine in construction, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and industrial parks.

Product Benefits

Removable Bucket Teeth
The front edge of the bucket features a removable tooth structure. When scooping bulk materials, the teeth help the bucket edge penetrate the material and reduce resistance during contact. The teeth can be removed and replaced individually. If they become worn or damaged after long-term use, there is no need to replace the entire bucket. Only the damaged teeth need to be repaired or replaced, helping reduce maintenance costs and equipment downtime caused by component replacement.
Upgraded Control Panel Layout
Compared with the previous version, the control panel has been redesigned, with the buttons and control lever grouped on the operator's right-hand side. During operation, the operator can use the lever to control the machine's movements and the nearby buttons to operate other functions. Compared with the previous layout, the new design reduces the need to reach forward, allowing the operator to access controls from a more convenient position. This makes operation smoother when frequently adjusting the boom and handling materials.

Rear LED Work Light and Combination Taillights
A high-brightness LED work light is installed high at the rear of the cab, while the rear of the machine is equipped with combination taillights integrating turn signals, brake lights, and reverse lights. At night or in low-light conditions, the rear work light improves visibility behind the machine, helping the operator observe the area when reversing or dumping materials at height. The combination taillights clearly indicate turning, braking, and reversing movements, alerting nearby personnel to the machine's actions. Together, these lighting and warning features provide better visibility and awareness during nighttime and indoor operations, helping reduce the risk of accidents.

Packaging And Shipping

The entire unit is shipped inside a container; it can be driven directly into a standard shipping container without the need for extensive disassembly. This significantly reduces the costs associated with reassembly and commissioning at the destination port, ensuring the equipment is ready for immediate use upon arrival.
Once inside the container, the vehicle is securely anchored at both the front and rear using high-strength lashing straps and steel chocks, effectively preventing any shifting or movement during ocean transit.
Critical components-such as the cab glass and other areas prone to impact-are wrapped in protective packaging to guard against damage caused by motion during sea transport, ensuring the equipment is delivered to the customer in safe, pristine condition.
Care Instructions
- Regularly apply grease to all lubrication points on the equipment, paying special attention to areas such as boom connection points and pins. Proper lubrication helps reduce friction and wear between components, ensuring the smooth operation of moving joints.
- Periodically check tire pressure and tread wear, and inspect for visible cracks, damage, or embedded foreign objects. Identifying tire issues early helps minimize disruptions to the equipment's mobility and on-site handling operations.
- In accordance with the maintenance requirements for your specific model, regularly check the condition of the hydraulic fluid and clean or replace the hydraulic system filters. Timely maintenance of the fluid and filtration components helps prevent impurities from affecting the hydraulic system, ensuring the proper functioning of boom lifting, extending, and retracting movements.
