The hydraulically controlled foldable fork is constructed of a high-strength, lightweight alloy. When hoisting operations require it, the fork can be folded and fitted snugly against the boom, saving space and providing the driver with a panoramic view without blind spots. The folded fork significantly optimizes the front-end space layout, and coupled with the machine's narrow turning radius, it allows for flexible positioning and smooth turns even in narrow aisles, ensuring efficient and convenient material turnover.

The WSM1120 is equipped with a dual-rod, high-strength boom, constructed using a precision welding process. The two booms are arranged in parallel to evenly distribute the lifting load, significantly enhancing the boom's overall strength and deformation resistance. The dual-rod boom ensures more even load distribution and more stable lifting. Even during large-span, high-load operations, the boom maintains excellent rigidity, effectively reducing vibration and improving lifting accuracy. This also extends the boom's service life and reduces maintenance costs.

The front axle adopts four-wheel drive and transmits power synchronously through power distribution. Compared with the structural limitations of the two-wheel drive front axle of traditional off-road telescopic arm forklifts, this design fundamentally overcomes the defect of insufficient front axle load, allowing the front axle to stably carry heavy-loaded materials and equipment.

For brake system maintenance, refer to the equipment warning signs. Drain the air tank every 10 hours of operation to prevent residual moisture from causing brake system malfunction. When doing this, close the air tank valve, slowly open the drain valve, and close the valve after all the water has drained to restore the system to normal operation.

Check the fuel filter regularly. Replace the fuel filter element after a certain period of operation or based on fuel cleanliness. Ensure the fuel supply system is clean and efficient.

Check tire wear and pressure regularly to ensure that the front and rear tire pressures meet the equipment manual's requirements. This can prevent increased tire wear or reduced driving stability due to abnormal tire pressure.
