The WSM988T50 stone block loader was developed by our company to solve the problems of low efficiency and high cost in stone mining, loading, unloading, and transportation using forklifts, truck cranes, excavators, and mast cranes. It integrates high load capacity, strong stability, and a wide field of vision, making it suitable for large blocks of stone in mines and stone factories, enabling efficient operations.

As shown in the lifting force diagram, the WSM988T50 can still stably support a 50-ton load even at its maximum lifting height, maintaining strong and stable load-bearing capacity. It is fully adaptable to most large stone blocks, eliminating the need for equipment changes or repeated transport. Large quantities of work can be completed in a single trip, reducing the number of trips and improving work efficiency.
The equipment uses a forward eight bar linkage mechanism, ensuring the forks remain level and stable during lifting and lowering, effectively preventing the risk of stone blocks tilting or slipping. This saves you the cost of additional binding, reduces cargo damage and the probability of accidents, making your operation safer.
The self-made reinforced drive axle and ZL80 gearbox are designed for the uneven and gravelly conditions of mining and stone quarry sites. It can easily traverse rough surfaces, reducing wear on the chassis and transmission components, eliminating the need for frequent repairs and replacements, and saving you on equipment maintenance costs.
Stone blocks are large and heavy, requiring precise positioning when lifting them with forks. The 988T50's optimal field of vision perfectly covers the core working area in front of the forks. Sitting in the driver's seat, you can see the entire operation without having to stretch your head or lean out. The whole process is fully visible, which can prevent accidental operation that could scratch the equipment or materials, making each forklift fast and stable.

Packaging and Transportation
Secured using tethering ropes.
For sea transport, we use container shipping, disassembling the equipment before loading. We also add a bracket under the main body of the vehicle to prevent the main unit from rubbing against the container floor and to ensure greater stability during transport.
For land transport, we pre-select routes to avoid height or weight restrictions and use flatbed trucks.
