Product introduction
A side-mounted forklift features a unique structural design. Its core components-the mast, lifting mechanism, and forks-are integrated into the center of the vehicle body and can be flexibly moved along transverse guide rails. Unlike conventional forklifts, the forks are positioned horizontally on the side of the vehicle body, along with a dedicated cargo platform. This allows for more efficient side loading and unloading, as well as short-distance transport.

The unique design of a side loader allows for smooth, direct access to various warehouse aisles. The forks can precisely and directly align with the shelves for pick-up and placement, eliminating the need for additional turning maneuvers. This significantly reduces preparation time for each operation and accelerates warehouse inventory turnover.
Side loader trucks excel at handling long, rectangular items, particularly specialized cargo. During handling, cargo can be placed parallel to the vehicle, unrestricted by aisle width.
We also designed two outriggers. When lifting, lifting, and moving large or heavy loads from shelves, the forklift can lose balance and tip over, potentially impacting the shelves and personnel. These outriggers expand the support surface, distribute the weight, and lower the center of gravity, effectively preventing tipping and ensuring stable handling.
