The 18t telehandler has a rated load of up to 18 tons, which means it can easily lift and carry ultra-heavy cargo such as large mechanical parts, whole bundles of steel, heavy construction materials, and easily meet the needs of various large-scale industrial operations.
The operation scenarios cover three major heavy-duty operation areas
Infrastructure construction sites: During the construction of bridges and factory buildings, large steel structures can be moved and lifted directly to elevated work surfaces, replacing the "crane + flatbed" approach.
Heavy industry plants: Within engineering machinery and metallurgical plants, heavy equipment components, such as drive axles and steel ingots, can be moved/lifted, ensuring efficient flow within the workshop.
Stone and mining enterprises: Large slabs and plates can be lifted and forked, and stone mined from mines can be transported.
Product features
Equipped with a renowned engine, it boasts a power output of up to 132kW and can easily climb slopes up to 25%. Even when fully loaded, it can efficiently transfer cargo on sloped working surfaces without slowing down work progress due to insufficient power.
The frame and telescopic boom are constructed using high-strength steel and a hexagonal welding process. This design significantly enhances the equipment's resistance to torsional and impact forces. Even if it accidentally scrapes against hard objects during operation, failures such as boom deformation and frame cracking are unlikely. This not only extends the equipment's service life but also reduces safety hazards and repair costs associated with structural damage.
