Conventional masts lift the entire during operation, which can easily cause them to hit the ceiling or the top of containers when working in low-ceilinged spaces. To address this issue, our CPD35 offers an optional fully free-lift mast. With this configuration, the forks can lift independently while maintaining a constant overall mast height, making container loading and unloading and low-headroom warehouse operations easy and convenient. It not only prevents goods or equipment from being scratched but also eliminates the need for warehouse modifications-maximizing storage utilization while enhancing on-site operational flexibility.

The cabin is designed with a wide field of view and no unnecessary obstructing pillars. It is equipped with a wide-angle rearview mirror, providing clear visibility of the front, sides, and rear.

When entering containers or operating in narrow aisles, the operator can clearly observe racking, personnel, and surrounding obstacles. This helps reduce the risk of collisions and improves overall operational safety while minimizing operator errors.

The machine is equipped with proven front and rear axles, lifting hydraulic systems, and control systems commonly used in internal combustion forklifts. All key components have been tested under extensive real working conditions.

The structure offers strong wear resistance and high load-bearing capacity. Standardized components also make maintenance easier and help reduce service costs.

The power output is stable, and the low center of gravity design ensures smooth operation even under full load, without instability or excessive vibration. It is suitable for long-term operation in both indoor and outdoor working environments.
