Maintenance Recommendations
Maintenance must be performed by experienced personnel. Before performing any task or maintenance procedure, ensure that all safety information, warnings, and instructions regarding the equipment are read and understood.
After daily operation, inspect the machine body, check the oil level, and top up the oil if necessary. Check all connecting bolts for looseness.
During maintenance, repeat the maintenance items listed in the original requirements. For example, when performing maintenance items every 250 hours (month), also perform the maintenance items listed every 100 hours (2 weeks), every 50 hours (week), and every 8 hours (day).
Packaging and Transportation
- We select containers of appropriate size based on the equipment dimensions. Loading is done using lifting equipment or specialized forklifts, and we pad the contact points between the slings and the equipment with soft fabric to prevent the slings from scratching the equipment.
- For large equipment, we typically transport it in parts, arranging each component neatly into the container. Then, we use fastening straps to connect the equipment to the lifting rings or anchor points on the container sidewalls, ensuring the goods are not damaged by bumps or jostles during transport.
- Most transport is by sea. For neighboring countries, we use low-flatbed semi-trailers, but the specific choice depends on the customer's requirements.
