Maintenance instructions
(1) Regularly add oil, change oil, and clean the filter. When changing oil, drain the oil from the tank and cylinder while it is still hot.
(2) The working oil temperature should ideally be between 35℃ and 60℃. In cold weather, run the oil for a while first, and then start working after the temperature rises. In summer, if the oil temperature is too high, take a short break before continuing to work.
(3) Do not adjust the pressure arbitrarily. If the pressure needs to be adjusted due to a safety valve malfunction or after maintenance, first connect a pressure gauge to the oil inlet pipe of the valve body, and then adjust the pressure from low to high until the specified pressure is reached.
(4) Check for internal oil leaks and damaged oil seals, and repair or replace them promptly.
