This is not simply a matter of "high-spec" and "low-spec." Rather, the equipment needs to meet different regulations and environments in different markets.
Different emission standards may lead to different engines.

Emission regulations implemented in different countries and regions are not entirely consistent, and there are differences in requirements for engine emission levels and exhaust after-treatment. When exporting the same diesel construction machinery to different markets, manufacturers need to select the appropriate engine solution according to local regulations.
This is why, when purchasing equipment, one cannot only look at the engine brand and power. Whether the engine meets the regulatory requirements of the target market is equally important.
Different climates require adjustments to the equipment's "endurance."
Construction machinery operates outdoors for extended periods, and climate conditions directly affect the equipment's condition.
High-temperature regions place higher demands on engine cooling systems, hydraulic system heat dissipation, and cab air conditioning. In cold regions, low-temperature start-up and the performance of components such as lubricants, hydraulic fluids, and batteries at low temperatures need to be considered.
If the equipment operates in a high-humidity, rainy environment for extended periods, enhanced protection for electrical components and rust prevention treatment of the entire machine are necessary.
In dusty environments such as mines and quarries, the air filtration system becomes another key focus.
Therefore, the same basic model will require different configurations depending on the climate.
Different working conditions necessitate different configurations.
A country is merely a broad market segment; the specific working environment determines the final equipment configuration.
For example, for telescopic boom forklifts used in construction, the focus might be on lifting height, reach, and stability; for agricultural operations, mud-traversing capability, tire compatibility, and compatibility with various attachments are more important; for industrial plants or ports, continuous operation capability, visibility, protection, and durability become key considerations.
Electrical equipment also needs to consider local charging conditions. Different markets have different power grid conditions, charging facilities, and power environments. Therefore, battery capacity, charger specifications, and electrical systems may all need to be matched according to project requirements.
If a piece of equipment needs to operate continuously for extended periods each day, battery capacity and charging efficiency cannot be considered solely based on basic configurations. Whether the equipment can be charged, how long it takes to fully charge, and how long it can operate on a single charge are more important considerations in actual use than simply "how many volts the battery has."
Tires and chassis are not static.
Tires may seem like a simple component, but they are greatly affected by the operating environment.
Hard factory grounds, muddy dirt roads, and gravel roads all place different demands on tire tread patterns, wear resistance, and grip. If construction machinery operates long-term on soft or uneven ground, the relationship between tires, drive systems, ground clearance, and overall vehicle weight must be comprehensively considered.
Transportation conditions also affect equipment solutions.
Before the equipment even arrives at the customer's site, the first issue to address is transportation.
The equipment's dimensions, weight, and detachable structure all influence the final transportation plan. Some equipment requires partial disassembly and specialized securing, rust prevention, and packaging before leaving the factory.
Therefore, the configuration of exported equipment is not merely about "easy operation," but also about legally entering the market, transportation, and proper use in the local environment.
Appropriate configuration is what makes a valuable configuration.
